Dismissal Criteria...

• Failure to attend drug court treatment after sanctions have been applied.

• Failure to attend drug court sessions after sanctions have been applied.

• Failure to notify probation officer of whereabouts.

• Continue non-compliance with program rules and conditions even after sanctions have been applied.

• Placement in jail/residential treatment does not result in compliance with program conditions.

• Participants rescinds voluntary agreement to participate in drug court program.

• Participant absconds from the program.
